Carolyn Schuham, LCSW, is the founder and Executive Director of BePeopleSmart. With a Masters Certification in organizational development and Enneagram credentials, she uses her skills of working with people to create positive change within individuals and organizations.
Additionally, Carolyn has conducted public and corporate trainings and seminars for the past twenty years. She has also founded several other businesses as well as a private psychotherapy practice. These businesses include the Midwest Institute for Enneagram Studies, the Enneagram Center of the Rockies, the Chicago Center for Attitudinal Healing, and the Gathering Inc., a nationwide adventure travel organization. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and Illinois. Carolyn is also the co-founder of BolderReach, an organization devoted to supporting women and children in extreme need around the world. Their mission also includes educating the community on international needs.

Elizabeth Taeubert, LCSW, RNMS, is Co-Director of BePeopleSmart. She brings her skills as a facilitator and coach to assist executives, managers, and teams to identify and address their relationship-building needs in order to work more effectively together.
Elizabeth has nineteen years experience in the field of training and development. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of business management, organization development, and Enneagram personality mapping. She has worked with sales and manufacturing organizations as a consultant and was responsible for sales and clinical training as well customer education in a newly developing market place. She has developed a variety of training programs and has presented to audiences of five to five hundred people. She is a skilled speaker and an accomplished facilitator.
Elizabeth is also a co-founder of the Chicago Institute for Enneagram studies, and the Chicago Center for Attitudinal Healing.
